Four Year Old Preschool

Four year old children  attend three half-day sessions each week.  Classes are scheduled for two and a half hours each and occur in both the morning and afternoon.  During the early months of the school year, teachers spend time helping children learn to play cooperatively and encouraging creative play. Throughout the year, teachers lead small groups and individuals in cognitive learning experiences which are developmentally appropriate for the group. Time is spent in art activities, music, creative drama, and stories.
